This is so relatable. Getting old(er) can really be the pits sometimes. I wake up with aches that I have absolutely no explanation for. There are times when I drop something on the floor and seriously contemplate whether it’s worth the effort to bend down to pick it up. :D
I don’t have an ergonomic pillow, but I do have a favorite pillow that I sleep best with. He’s called Lumpy.
